ANALISIS PERAN PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PETUGAS ADMINISTRASI RAWAT JALAN DI RSUD MASOHI KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

Abstrak

Pendahuluan: Psychological climate atau iklim psikologis ditempat kerja memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Peran Psychological Climate petugas administrasi di RSUD Masohi memiliki dampak terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Psychological climate yang positif menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek pelayanan.

Tujuan: Mengetahui peran psychological climate dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan pengaruh mutu pelayanan kesehatan administrasi rawat jalan di RSUD Masohi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. 

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk pengamatan secara mendalam terkait iklim psikologis petugas administrasi rawat jalan di RSUD Masohi.

Hasil: Iklim psikologis di RSUD Masohi memainkan peran utama dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang positif terutama bagi petugas administrasi rawat jalan. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan manajemen, pengakuan terhadap kinerja, dan tantangan dalam pekerjaan mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja petugas. Walaupun role clarity terjamin, masih ditemukan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas agar sesuai menurut PERMENKES RI Nomor 30 Tahun 2022 tentang mutu pelayanan kesehatan.

Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan Iklim psikologis petugas administrasi rawat jalan di RSUD Masohi melalui faktor-faktor seperti dukungan manajemen, kejelasan peran, kebebasan berekspresi, pengakuan, kontribusi, dan tantangan. RSUD Masohi juga sebaiknya Meningkatkan role clarity melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang intensif tentang SOP, melibatkan petugas dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pemindahan tugas, dan memberikan penjelasan spesifik tentang kriteria evaluasi kinerja berbasis peran.

Abstract

Introduction: Workplace psychological climate have a significant impact on the caliber of services rendered. The psychological climate of administrative staff members at Masohi Regional Hospital affects the standard of care given to patients. A favorable mental atmosphere fosters a productive workplace and affects many facets of customer service.

Objective: Knowing the role of psychological climate in health services and the influence of the quality of outpatient administrative health services at Masohi Hospital, Central Maluku Regency.

Method: The psychological environment of the outpatient administration personnel at Masohi Regional Hospital is thoroughly investigated or examined in this research using a qualitative technique and case study methodology.

Results: Particularly for outpatient administration workers, Masohi Hospital's psychological climate has a significant impact on a happy work environment. Performance evaluations and management assistance are two factors that affect officer motivation and output. In order to satisfy the seven criteria of highquality health care, officers' performance still has to be enhanced, even though job clarity is assured.

Conclusion: This study shows that elements such as management support, role clarity, freedom of speech, recognition, contribution, and challenge shape the psychological environment of outpatient administrative officers at Masohi Regional Hospital. To increase role clarity, explanations regarding assignments must be clear and detailed, especially regarding role-based performance evaluation criteria, and Masohi Regional Hospital should routinely carry out extensive socialization and training regarding SOPs.
