The Covid-19 pandemic period is a difficult time that must be faced by all communities, including breastfeeding mothers, in providing breast milk to their babies. Anxiety experienced by breastfeeding mothers if not managed properly can be a problem in breastfeeding. One effort that can be done is to give positive affirmations given to breastfeeding mothers to reduce anxiety which is a factor inhibiting breast milk production. This study aims to determine the effect of hypnobreastfeeding therapy on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. posttest design. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who were in the working area of ​​Puskesmas III South Denpasar. The sample size is 32 respondents. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling with Consecutive sampling technique. In this study, the instrument for the implementation of Hypnobreastfeeding used SOP while the instrument used to measure breast milk production was an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxson statistical test (p-value < 0.05). The time of the study was carried out in June-August 2021. The results of this study obtained Z score = -5.103 with a p-value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed of 0.000). There is an effect of hypnobreastfeeding in increasing the milk production of breastfeeding mothers. Hypnobreasfeeding can be applied to breastfeeding mothers to increase milk production in the success of exclusive breastfeeding.
